We want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your VelvetRow order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Where available, a faster tracked or express service may be offered at an additional cost, which will be shown at checkout.

International delivery

We may offer delivery to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay to VelvetRow.

Delivery times

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, adverse weather or peak periods. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, we will provide you with tracking details by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us at sac@velvetrow.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and put things right.
