Welcome to VelvetRow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
About us
VelvetRow operates this online store and sells products to customers within the United Kingdom and, where available, internationally. You can contact us at any time at sac@velvetrow.com.
Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our website and to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its proper operation.
Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you and to confirm whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Product images are for illustration only, and actual colours and details may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where goods are unavailable or where we identify a pricing or product description error.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely, and your order will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and your rights to cancel and return items are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Our liability
We supply products for domestic and private use. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and the VelvetRow name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
